Every Heritage Twill silk piece is crafted from 100% Mulberry Silk, produced
in Italy, and inspected before it reaches you. We want you to love what you receive, and we stand behind every item we send.

Our Promise
We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned with all original packaging and enclosure materials.
Because silk is delicate by nature, we ask that returns be free of perfume, makeup, or wear. We inspect each return and reserve the right to decline items that do not meet this standard.

Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
— Gift cards
— Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
— Items returned without original packaging
— Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will respond within one to three business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method — Heritage Twill is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different colorway or design, subject to availability.
Please note that as a small-batch brand, certain colorways may be limited. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
