Every Heritage Twill scarf and twilly is crafted from 100% mulberry silk twill—a premium fabric prized for its elegant drape, refined texture, and lasting durability—and is printed in Italy, the historic heart of European silk craftsmanship.

What is momme? Momme (pronounced moh-mee) is the traditional measurement used to describe the weight and density of silk. Our scarves are crafted from 100% 14-16 momme mulberry silk twill, a premium weight chosen for its exceptional drape, durability, and luxurious feel.

We currently offer three silhouettes — the 90×90cm square scarf for infinite tying options, the 56×56cm bandana for an effortless, relaxed wear, and the 6×102cm twilly designed to wrap around a bag handle, ponytail, neck or wrist with ease. All three carry the same original artwork and colorways.

Our scarves are printed in Italy — a region with centuries of silk-weaving tradition. The artwork is digitally printed using quality processes for lasting color and hand feel.

Our color story names are designed to evoke the atmosphere, traditions, and emotion surrounding the game — not just the colors themselves. The result is a collection of colorways that feel elevated, intentional, and wearable beyond game day, while still creating a meaningful connection to the traditions and communities that inspired them.

For Wisconsin's colors, green/gold and red/white, the images shown are professional photography of our finished, in-hand pieces. For our additional pre-order colorways, the images are pre-production digital mockups until that run is complete. We'll update photography for each colorway as soon as we have the finished pieces in hand.

Mockups are designed to closely reflect the final colors and details, though slight variations are possible with hand-finished silk.

All U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $9.95, with free shipping on orders of $285 or more. Tracking is provided on every shipment.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If an item is sold out, you may still be able to pre-order it from the product page. Many of our pieces are made in limited quantities, with select colorways returning through pre-order releases based on demand.

Each piece is hand-finished by artisans who roll every hem and inspect every print by hand. Small batches let us maintain that level of craftsmanship — and means each design is genuinely limited in supply, not just in name.

Pre-ordering lets you reserve a piece before it arrives. Many of our colorways and designs are produced in small batches in Italy, and pre-ordering guarantees yours before they're gone.

Your card is charged at the time your pre-order ships, not when you place the order. We securely save your payment information and process the charge once your piece is ready to send.

Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. Production and shipping from Italy can occasionally shift by a few weeks — if a date changes, we'll email you directly.

Yes. You can cancel or update your pre-order — including colorway or shipping address — anytime before it ships. Just reach out to hello@heritagetwill.com and we'll take care of it.

Yes. We'll keep you informed by email as your pre-order moves through production and as it ships.

We work closely with our artisans to keep timelines accurate, but craftsmanship occasionally takes a little longer than expected. If your ship date shifts, we'll let you know as soon as we do — and you're always welcome to cancel for a full refund if the new timing doesn't work for you.

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we accept returns of unworn items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at hello@heritagetwill.com with your order number.

Silk rewards gentle handling. We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the color and hand feel of your scarf. If ironing, use a low heat setting with a press cloth to protect the silk.
